Satellites operate in environments surrounded by energy — from sunlight and thermal gradients to other extreme conditions. NanoHarvestX is exploring how advanced material architectures can turn more of that environment into useful energy while supporting the performance and resilience of spacecraft systems.

What we're exploring
  • More usable energy. Material architectures designed to help satellites extract additional useful energy from their operating environment.
  • Surface-level integration. Approaches designed to work with satellite surfaces and existing power systems rather than requiring an entirely new power architecture.
  • Environmental resilience. Exploring materials that can operate alongside the demanding conditions of space.
Who we're looking for
  • Satellite manufacturers and operators. Teams developing current or next-generation satellite platforms.
  • Space power and solar-array companies. Partners interested in evaluating new surface and energy-harvesting approaches.
  • Launch providers and space technology companies. Applications involving launch vehicles, spacecraft and other space systems where additional energy, sensing or surface performance could create value.

Tell us about your satellite, mission and requirements. We're accepting applications from early partners interested in evaluating SPAL-ARIA as the technology moves through validation toward deployment.

We reply to every enquiry. If a pilot is not the right fit yet we will say so plainly rather than leave it open.

SPAL-ARIA is under active development and validation. Space Pilot applications are for early evaluation and collaboration; they do not represent a live orbital deployment or a guaranteed pilot. Performance and environmental specifications remain subject to testing and qualification.
