SPAL on panels you already own.

A rooftop pilot in India: we coat a set of your panels, leave matched panels uncoated as controls, and measure both on your site under your conditions. Funded by us.

How the solar pilot works

Q1–Q2 2027 · India · Accepting deployment partners

A rooftop or utility array loses energy four ways at once: light reflecting off the glass, dust settling on it, heat de-rating the cell, and a spectrum the silicon was never able to use. Cleaning services address one of those. Replacing the panel addresses none of them cheaply. SPAL is a single film that works on all four, applied to hardware that is already installed and already earning.

How the pilot runs
  • We coat a defined set of your panels and leave matched panels uncoated as controls, on the same site, same orientation, same soiling.
  • Both sets are measured over the pilot window — I–V curves for output, thermal imaging for operating temperature, yield decay for soiling behaviour.
  • Because the comparison is on one roof, the result is not a lab claim. It is your site, your irradiance, your dust.
  • Application takes under two hours per panel with no rewiring, no racking changes and no downtime beyond the application itself.
What you get
  • No cost through validation. We fund the material, the application and the measurement.
  • Your own performance dataset on your own assets, delivered in full — including anything that underperforms.
  • Zero capex and zero re-qualification. Nothing inside the panel changes, so warranties and certifications are untouched.
  • First position on commercial terms and on supply when the product moves to rollout.
  • Input on the product while it is still being shaped — soiling profiles, application method, reapplication cycle.

Put SPAL on your panels.

Tell us about your site. We will come back with whether it suits the pilot window, what we would need from you, and what we would measure.

We reply to every enquiry. If a pilot is not the right fit yet we will say so plainly rather than leave it open.

Pilot outcomes are design targets and specifications, not delivered results. The 12–18% figure is NanoHarvestX's design target pending certified measurement at IISc CeNSE. SPAL-ARIA environmental figures are design targets, not qualification results. SPAL-ARIA is under technical review at NASA Langley Research Center; this is a research-level review and not a funded programme, contract or endorsement. Letters of intent are non-binding.
